Under 8 years old                                   5.30 - 6.30

Juniors 8 - 16 years     6.30 - 7.30           6.30 - 7.30

Seniors  16 years +      7.30 - 8.30          

   All training sessions are mixed male & female.

                                                                               

    We offer a flexible arrangement, allowing  age groups to cross

    over from one group to the other where size is a factor.
